The airport bus is a bus especially designed for the transport of passengers and their hand luggage between airplanes and airport passenger terminals. This makes the airport bus a special bus. Typically, airport buses are wider than normal buses, because regulations concerning maximum vehicle width do not apply to traffic on private ground, such as an airport. So, to maximize passenger capacity, apart from more length, more width is also an option.
